7 Day Tour – Dublin, Wicklow & The West
A short 7 day tour we put together for one of our tour groups. We have included Dublin, Wicklow and the Atlantic and South Coasts in a packed 7 day trip.

Trinity College Dublin, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Dublin’s Georgian Squares and the Phoenix Park.
Monastic Site of Clonmacnoise, Walking Tour of Galway, Cliffs of Moher, the Burren area of County Clare.
Ring of Kerry Excursion.

Day 1 – Arrival and Dublin
Arrive at Dublin Airport to be met by your experienced driver/ tour director. A panoramic tour of Dublin including Trinity College, Dublin’s Georgian Squares, St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the Phoenix Park before stopping for lunch.
Time for you to explore Dublin in your own time, with plenty of suggestions for things to do and places to visit. Dinner, B&B included at your hotel.
Day 2 – Galway
Travel to Galway with a stop off at the monastic site of Clonmacnoise. Then its on to Galway for lunch and a walking tour of one of Ireland’s most picturesque cities. Free time in the evening followed by dinner, B&B at your hotel.
Day 3 – Atlantic Coast
Travelling from Galway south down Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way, visiting the world famous Cliffs of Moher and the Burren before taking the ferry from Killimer min Clare to Tarbert in Kerry. We’re then on to Killarney for a 2 night stay.
Day 4 – Kerry
Ring of Kerry excursion around the Iveragh Peninsula for a leisurely drive through the many pituresque coastal towns and villages of this very well known part of Kerry. Dinner and B&B at your hotel.
Day 5 – Blarney Castle & Waterford Crystal
On day 5 we drive to the County Cork village of Blarney, with its famous castle. Here you can kiss the blarney stone and receive the gift of eloquence. There will also be opportunities for your retail therapy on this tour followed by a visit to Waterford Crystal. Then its on to The Marble City of Kilkenny for dinner and B&B at your hotel.
Day 6 – Wicklow
Today we travel to another famous monastic site at Glendalough in County Wicklow, where St. Kevin founded his monastery in the 6th century. We follow that with a trip to the majestic stately home of the De Paor family – the Powerscourt Estate, which dates back to the 13th century. Their gardens are ranked as the third best in the world by National Geographic (after only Versailles and Kew Gardens – not bad company). Then its back to Dublin for some last minute shopping and exploring. Dinner and B&B at your hotel.
Day 7 – Departure
Airport transfers are provided if required.
